Really enjoyed this second volume of Steve Niles' revisiting of the world of Army of Darkness. It brings to a close a year's worth of stories continuing the adventures of everyone's favourite medievil dead slaying idiot, Ashley J. Williams who must face an uncertain future, ghosts from his past, pending nuptials and a new big bad all... I was sorta under the impression that all these EVIL DEAD comics sucked because Dynamite! couldn't afford any good writers. Well, now we've got Steve Niles (a pretty good writer in my estimation) writing one, and it STILL sucks. I guess it just goes to show how difficult it is to tell a story in this universe.ASH GETS HITCHED throws... In this Army of Darkness comic, Ash is still in the past and has gotten engaged. It's mostly about a big fight he has before the wedding. After reading some other Army of Darkness comics, I found this one a little bit of a letdown. The plot was basically "A big bad guy is coming.
