Engaging, good read, but not as compelling as the Parasol Protectorate. Just read the free preview of Curtsies and Conspiracies and dammit it is not coming out soon enough for me! This book is so good. Gail Carriger's writing just hits all my happy-warm-fuzzy spots. Though if she breaks up my Soap/Sophronia ship I'm gonna be very upset. My only complaint? This ended too soon. Can't wait for the sequel!
